Christina earned her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Adelphi University and her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. She began her legal career with a strong appreciation for both traditional legal principles and modern, results-oriented strategies, an approach that continues to define her practice today.


Known for her direct advocacy and thoughtful counsel, Christina is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges with clarity and confidence.                                                 Senior Paralegal


Paul Orobello is a Senior Paralegal with extensive experience supporting complex litigation and high-stakes legal matters. He has worked in the legal field since 2014 and brings a diverse background spanning bankruptcy law, foreclosures, toxic tort litigation, and personal injury cases.


Prior to joining the firm, Paul spent several years with a national law firm, where he contributed to large-scale, high-profile matters, including the Flint, Michigan water crisis litigation, PFOA/PFAS contamination cases, and Roundup weed killer cancer lawsuits. His experience in managing voluminous records, coordinating discovery, and supporting complex case strategy adds significant depth to the firm’s litigation capabilities.

                                     Senior Consultant – Legal Team


Rich Carter serves as a Senior Consultant on the legal team, focusing primarily on debt negotiations and debt collection matters. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Rich brings a deep and practical understanding of commercial debt, merchant cash advances, and the legal and regulatory frameworks governing collection activity.


Rich has worked on both sides of the collections process, giving him a unique perspective on strategy, compliance, and resolution. He is certified in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and Truth in Lending regulations, and has trained and educated hundreds of professionals throughout the industry.

Otto, P.C., Rich works closely with attorneys and clients to evaluate debt positions, develop negotiation strategies, and pursue resolutions that are realistic, compliant, and aligned with each client’s circumstances.                                             Senior Account Manager


Sabrina Espinal serves as Senior Account Manager and is a primary point of contact for clients throughout their representation. She works closely with clients from the onboarding process through resolution, helping ensure consistent communication, organization, and follow-through at every stage of a matter.


With more than nine years at the firm, Sabrina brings extensive experience in office management, client coordination, and merchant cash advance matters. Her role involves overseeing day-to-day case logistics, managing documentation, and coordinating between clients, attorneys, and consultants to keep matters moving efficiently.


Sabrina is known for her exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex matters involving multiple moving parts.
